We can’t necessarily tell you how to definitively fix this issue, however we do measure the number of users who start a survey and for those who don’t complete it, we can tell you which question they stopped responding at. If you can see a trend then you’ll know which question is potentially confusing, annoying or turning your survey recipients off. You can find this information by clicking on the Report tab where you’ll see all of your deployed (active or completed) surveys. Click on View Report in the Actions column and your report data will be displayed. Report data includes Incomplete Survey Exit data.
